We believe in delivering the highest quality service for our customers, and partner with Royal mail for UK deliveries. We will dispatch your order(s) within two working days after it has been placed subject to payment and stock availability. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox upon dispatch of the order to let you know it’s on its way. Shipping costs are not included in the product price.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We shall endeavour to deliver the product to you within 30 days (from the day after you have placed your order) unless you have agreed to a later delivery date with our Customer Service team. If we are unable to deliver the product within that time, we will email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date. In these circumstances you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund. All new orders are deemed separate, and each is treated individually.

When placing your order please ensure that all the details concerning the billing and shipping details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once the courier has processed an order.
